About Oshun Family Center
Oshun Family Center (OFC) is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing maternal health, healing, and community well-being through culturally responsive mental health care, workforce development, and reproductive justice advocacy. Founded in 2018, OFC is leading the transformation of a vacant warehouse in the Frankford/Kensington corridor into a state-of-the-art Maternal Wellness Center, which will serve as a hub for therapy, workforce training, and holistic community programming.
Position Summary
The Development Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the financial sustainability and long-term growth of Oshun Family Center. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic fundraising initiatives that leverage technology, digital platforms, and innovative approaches to engage donors, sponsors, and partners.
Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, the Development Manager will cultivate a thriving culture of philanthropy that supports OFC’s mission to expand access to quality care and community wellness.
Reports To: Executive Director
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $70k – $85k (based on experience)
