A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes information about the mental health services you received at OFC. It may be used to request reimbursement from an insurance company when you receive services outside of your insurance network.

If you are eligible for a superbill, OFC can provide one for you. However, receiving a superbill does not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.
