  • Any changes to upcoming sessions including cancellations or time adjustments must be made prior to 24 hours of your appointment. Clients are responsible for the full session fee for any and all cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. The full fee also applies to any appointments where the client is a “No Show”.

  • Yes, we currently accept the following insurance plans, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and IBX. We do not currently accept Medicaid but it is our goal to accept those plans in 2024 so check back in periodically for updates.
